Taryn Alessandro has been a favorite Maui fine artist for some time now. With her mixed media talents, and obvious insight into the human form, she creates vibrant pieces that invoke real life, island style. With a palette that includes acrylic paint, gold leaf, resin, sand and corrugated cardboard, there’s always a sense of texture that is a mystery to the eye.
